Brandon King is the Owner and Team Leader of the Brandon King Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty Portland Central, serving clients across the Portland metro area and Southwest Washington and a bit beyond in every direction. Licensed in both Oregon and Washington, Brandon is a Principal Broker and also a mortgage broker with Mortgage Trust, giving his clients a broader perspective on both the real estate and financing sides of a transaction. He works in both residential and commercial real estate, helping buyers, sellers, investors, navigate important decisions with confidence and clarity.

Brandon and his small but mighty team work with a wide range of clients and property types, including first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, luxury buyers and sellers, investors building portfolios, out-of-town and relocating buyers, commercial tenants and landlords, and clients completing 1031 exchanges. Whether someone is buying a first home, selling a long-time family property, securing an investment, or evaluating commercial space, Brandon is known for bringing a consultative, strategic approach focused on strong communication, smart negotiation, and long-term results.

His path into real estate is rooted in personal experience. Brandon grew up in Washington and Montana before moving to Northern California wine country in elementary school. By the time he was in high school, his family had moved seven times before his parents finally bought their first and only home. Seeing the difference homeownership made in his family’s stability and long-term financial position left a lasting impression. That early experience helped shape the way he views real estate today, not just as a transaction, but as something that can create security, opportunity, and a stronger future.

That perspective still guides the way he serves clients. Brandon understands that buying, selling, or investing in real estate is often tied to major life changes and financial decisions. His goal is to make the process feel less overwhelming and more informed by offering straightforward advice, honest guidance, and solutions tailored to each client’s goals. He believes the best real estate relationships are built on trust, education, and a clear strategy, whether the client is purchasing a starter home, moving into the luxury market, or expanding an investment portfolio.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest and all it has to offer. He is a self-described amateur foodie which just means he loves great food, discovering local restaurants, trying new dishes, and ordering cocktails, and not that he actually knows anything about food or what he is ordering. He also enjoys weightlifting, hiking to waterfalls and vistas, paddle boarding in the summer, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which it’s becoming clear he is woefully bad at, so scrapes and bruises are often part of the package.

At the core of Brandon’s business is a simple belief: real estate should be about more than just closing deals. It should be about helping people make smart moves, build wealth, create stability, and feel supported through every step of the process.
